About This

  • The Coping sled securely holds the workpiece on a router table for square routing on end grain sections, guiding it along the fence to keep hands away from the router bit for safer, precise cuts
  • Rail coping sled is perfect for stile and rail joints, raised panels, and half-lap joints, providing stability for chamfering, roundovers, and profiling on end grain with improved accuracy and safety for precise woodworking
  • Phenolic coping sled base provides exceptional durability, resisting wear, moisture, and warping, outperforming MDF for reliable performance on router tables when making precise end grain cuts for professional joinery
  • Robust toggle mechanism secures workpieces for precise, consistent cuts; large rubber-padded foot evenly distributes pressure to prevent surface damage; quick clamping action enhances grip, protects delicate joinery, and reduces setup time
  • Sacrificial fence stabilizes workpieces to prevent tear-out for clean cuts, while the retaining bracket keeps stock from shifting
